These terms govern use of the public website at server-linkpoint.digital and any sitting booked with Server Linkpoint. By reading this site or commissioning a sitting you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site and do not send an evidence pack.

Who we are

Server Linkpoint offers vendor management briefings for SLA compliance and procurement trends, and may describe a local data tracking utility for record-keeping. Server Linkpoint is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software in respect of that application. It is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform.

Sittings

A sitting is a professional briefing, review, workshop, audit, or mapping engagement described on this site. Scope is the written confirmation sent after correspondence. Orientation prices on the rates page are informational only and are not an offer of sale through this website.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and original briefing templates remain the property of Server Linkpoint. Your contracts, dock books, and PO extracts remain yours. The leave-behind pack from a sitting may be used inside your organisation; it may not be resold as a competing briefing product.

No financial service

The application does not hold, hold custody of, or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, does not access private keys, does not execute transactions, and does not provide financial or investment advice. All information is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only.

Liability

Briefings recount stamps you supply. We are not liable for penalties you table, contracts you amend, or QBR outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, liability for a sitting is limited to the fees paid for that sitting. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country code GE). Courts of Georgia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Server Linkpoint is not a Binance product and is not affiliated with Binance Holdings Ltd. Server Linkpoint is an independent informational resource not affiliated with or endorsed by Marvel Characters, Inc., Marvel Entertainment, LLC, or The Walt Disney Company.
