The scorecard is a card, not a wall of columns
A vendor scorecard workshop at Server Linkpoint is an afternoon with purchasing, the dock, and whoever files Georgian release times if the freight crossed that border. The aim is five measures the QBR will actually read.
The five we keep arguing for
- On-time in the clock the signed paragraph named (ASN, first scan, or gate-in — pick one).
- Fill in the unit the paragraph named (lines, cases, or kilos — never blended).
- Damage or short against a denominator on the packing list.
- Claim age, so old fights do not hide inside a green cell.
- One local measure: Friday cut-off misses in Clifton Forge, or hours from Batumi release to inland gate.
What gets parked
Invoice match, price variance, and parts-per-million can be true and still drown the SLA talk. They go on a parking page and can return next quarter if the five go quiet.
The workstation notebook
Between workshops, some desks type those five columns into a local tracking utility. It is a ledger on one machine. It is not a place to hold assets. Listing availability is external:
To book the afternoon itself, start with the scorecard workshop sitting or the correspondence details on contact.
