This policy explains how Server Linkpoint handles personal information when you read this website or write to us about a sitting. The site itself does not use lead-generation forms.

What we collect

If you telephone or email, we receive whatever you choose to send: names, job titles, dock locations, and the contents of an evidence pack. The website stores a cookie preference in your browser under the key serverLinkpoint_cookieConsent if you use the banner. We do not run an account system on this site.

Why we use it

Correspondence is used to schedule and deliver a sitting and to keep records required for accounting and refunds. Cookie preference is used only to remember Accept or Reject.

Retention

Evidence packs are kept for the sitting plus twenty-four months unless a longer period is required by Georgian bookkeeping rules or a dispute. Cookie preference remains until you clear site data.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for correction, or ask for deletion where no legal retention applies. Write to contact@server-linkpoint.digital. You may also complain to a supervisory authority in Georgia or in your place of residence.

International transfers

The office address is in Virginia; governing correspondence may be read in Georgia (GE) and in the United States. Evidence packs you send by email travel over ordinary mail systems. Do not send unredacted personal data of people who are not needed for the sitting.
