Refunds, deposits, and changes of date

These rules apply to sittings described on this site: briefings, trend reviews, scorecard workshops, audits, and metric mapping. They do not apply to goods we do not sell, subscriptions we do not offer, or installers we do not host.

Eligibility

A full refund of the deposit is due if we cancel the sitting and cannot offer a new date within thirty days. A full refund of sums paid is due if we have not started the pre-read and you cancel in writing at least ten working days before the sitting date.

Timeframe

Write to contact@server-linkpoint.digital or telephone +15408620404 with the sitting date and the desk name. We confirm receipt within five working days.

Partial refunds

If pre-read has started, we refund the balance after deducting time already spent, billed against the orientation rate on the rates page, and after deducting non-refundable travel already purchased at your request.

Non-refundable items

Documented lodging and carrier tickets bought for an on-site sitting after you asked us to travel. Printed packs already produced for a room that then no-shows.

Process and method

Refunds return by the same method as the deposit where that method still works, otherwise by bank transfer to the account that paid. Processing takes up to fifteen working days after we agree the amount.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may move a sitting once, at least seven working days ahead, without a fee. A second move, or a move inside seven days, may be charged a rearrangement fee of fifteen percent of the sitting fee.

No-shows and work already started

If the room is empty at the agreed start and nobody has written to delay, the sitting fee is earned. Pre-read already done is earned even if the walkthrough is later skipped.

Materials

Your evidence pack is returned or deleted on request after the retention period in the Privacy Policy. We do not refund for photographs or scans you supplied.
