How a sitting is quoted
Prices below are orientation figures for a named quarter and a named desk. They are not a checkout, not a subscription, and not a bid until we have seen how messy the stamps are. Telephone or write using the contact page; there is no estimate form on this site.
| Sitting | Usual basis | Orientation |
|---|---|---|
| SLA compliance briefing | One half-day in the room plus five to eight days of pre-read for up to twelve vendors | From 2,400 USD |
| Procurement trend review | Closed quarter, unlike units split, substitution column separate | From 1,800 USD |
| Vendor scorecard workshop | One afternoon, five measures, parking list for the rest | From 1,250 USD |
| Quarterly SLA audit | Agreed sample, exception pages in the clause’s language | From 2,100 USD |
| Contract metric mapping | Line-by-line from SLA paragraphs to dock columns | From 950 USD |
What moves the quote
Twelve vendors is the briefing cap; fewer is cheaper only if the evidence pack is already clean. Mixed units, missing ASN files, or Georgian customs stamps that arrive as photographs add pre-read time. Overnight travel outside Clifton Forge is billed as a separate calendar day plus documented lodging.
Deposits
A sitting is held with a thirty percent deposit once dates are agreed in writing. The balance is due when the pack is delivered. Refund rules sit on the refund page.
