Flagship sitting
SLA compliance briefing
A half-day working session that lines purchase-order clocks against gate-in stamps, then names which vendors missed the clause as written.
Who it is for
Category managers, warehouse supervisors, and Georgian import clerks who already keep ASN files, dock logs, and signed SLAs but do not yet share one clock.
What you leave with
A written briefing pack: vendor-by-vendor late minutes, which clause clock was used, and a short list of disputes that will not survive a QBR.
Scope
One buying desk or one inbound dock for a named period (usually the last closed quarter). We read the contracts you already signed; we do not rewrite them.
Included
- Pre-read of up to twelve active vendor SLAs and the matching PO sample
- Reconciliation of ASN time, gate-in time, and the clause start time
- A printed and PDF briefing with late-minute tables and open questions
- A ninety-minute walkthrough with the people who sit the dock and the people who sit purchasing
Not included
- Live connections to carrier portals or exchange accounts
- Holding or moving funds, keys, or inventory
- Legal opinions on Georgian or Virginia contract law
- Software implementation or dashboard product work
Who runs it
A Server Linkpoint briefing lead based out of the Clifton Forge office, working with your receiving clerk and category owner in the room or on a shared screen of the same ledgers.
How the sitting runs
- You send redacted SLAs, a PO extract, and dock stamps for the named quarter.
- We map each vendor’s clock: ASN, departure, gate-in, put-away.
- We mark rows where the SLA and the dock disagree, with the source stamp.
- We sit the briefing, then leave the pack with you.
Time
Preparation takes five to eight working days after the evidence pack arrives. The briefing itself is a half day (about three and a half hours including a short break).
Where
On the dock office, in a Tbilisi buying room, or by shared screen using the same PDF pack. The commercial address for correspondence is 201FerrolAve CliftonForge Virginia(VA) 24422.
What to prepare
Scan or photograph the signed SLA pages that mention time, a CSV or spreadsheet of POs with promised dates, and the dock’s gate-in book or WMS extract. Black out prices if you prefer; we need clocks, not unit cost.
Limits
We will not brief more than twelve vendors in one sitting. Mixed units (cases vs pallets vs kilograms) must be declared before we start or those rows are parked.
How we quote
Quoted per briefing. Typical range is listed on the rates page; travel to a dock outside Clifton Forge is billed as a separate day if overnight stay is required.
Next step
Read the rates page, then telephone or write using the details on the contact page. There is no inquiry form.
